Journal Entry: Frankenstein
In the book Frankenstein you can see various plot twist and turns. This book makes you dig deeper and leave you wanting more. Vector, the main character, was one of the most important figures in this story. He started off by giving you his childhood, and a part of him that he was happy with. Over time you see how everything changes and he has his own creation. All the creation wanted was to be accepted. Being neglected by pretty much everyone, made Frankenstein feel horrible in a way. Him even asking for a companion to be made for him was even shot down by his own creator who was also scared of him. Over time he started killing those who really didn't want much to do with him. The book really gives you a battle of thinking about the question, "who was more wrong?" Was it Frankenstein for going around killing people because he had no love, or was it simply the people for not accepting him for who he was. Some may think it's the creators fault for not giving him the proper care he needed, instead of being scared of him, something he had made. Frankenstein overall is not horror, but simply just a book of a nightmare, and showing how people back then was not really accepting of those who were outside of them.
